Who we are

Rachel London Private Matchmaking is a brand operated by Londyn Ventures, LLC ("we", "us"). We are the controller of personal information collected through https://rachellondon.com.

Questions about this policy, or requests concerning your personal information, may be sent to hello@rachellondon.com.

Information we collect

  • Contact details you provide, including your name, email address, telephone number, city and country.
  • Application information, including relationship history, preferences, background and other details you choose to share when applying to the network or enquiring about private services.
  • Career application information, including professional background, links to public profiles and any résumé you upload.
  • Payment information processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details.
  • Technical information, including IP address, device and browser data, and pages visited, collected through cookies and analytics.

How we use information

  • To consider applications to the private network and to private client services.
  • To make and manage introductions, with information shared only as far as an introduction requires.
  • To arrange and deliver paid consultations and sessions.
  • To respond to enquiries and provide client care.
  • To send email communications where you have asked to receive them.
  • To operate, secure and improve the website.
  • To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

We use carefully selected providers to operate the business. Depending on how you interact with us, these may include:

  • SmartMatch and Cinqe for application intake and matchmaking records.
  • Mailchimp for email communications.
  • Stripe for payment processing where payment is requested after a booking is accepted.
  • A scheduling provider for booking private consultations.
  • Website hosting and content delivery.
  • Website analytics.
  • Email and productivity tools used by Rachel's office.

Sharing and discretion

We do not sell personal information. Profiles are not publicly browsable. Details about a member or client are shared with another individual only where relevant to a proposed introduction, and, where appropriate, with your knowledge.

We may work alongside trusted matchmakers and private networks elsewhere in the world. Where a search involves such a relationship, information is shared only as far as is necessary for that search.

International transfers

We operate internationally, and information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own, including the United States. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described above, and thereafter as required for legal, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes. Applications that do not proceed are retained for a limited period and then deleted.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal information, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. Residents of certain US states, including California, may also have rights to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

To exercise any right, write to hello@rachellondon.com. UK and EU visitors may also complain to their local supervisory authority.

Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for the website to function and, where you consent, analytics cookies that help us understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our services are intended for adults only. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
