Rachel London Private Matchmaking is a brand operated by Londyn Ventures, LLC. By using https://rachellondon.com you agree to these terms.

Applications and membership

Applying to the private network is complimentary. Applications are considered at our sole discretion, and we are under no obligation to accept an application, to explain a decision, or to make any introduction.

Membership of the network does not guarantee introductions, dates, relationships or outcomes of any kind.

Paid consultations

Discovery calls and priority sessions are consultations. They provide Rachel's time, attention and judgement. They do not guarantee a match, an introduction, or acceptance into any service.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Submitting a booking request does not reserve a time or create a contract. If a request is accepted, payment and scheduling details will be provided separately.

Cancellation and refunds

Consultation cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms are provided before payment and form part of the confirmed booking terms.

Private client engagements

Retained matchmaking engagements are governed by a separate written agreement between the client and Londyn Ventures, LLC. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to enter into such an agreement, and fees shown are indicative starting points.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate and truthful information in any application.
• Treat other members, clients and introductions with courtesy and discretion.
• Keep confidential any information shared with you in the course of an introduction.
• Comply with applicable law.

No guarantee of outcome

Matchmaking is a human process. We do not warrant that any introduction will result in a relationship, and we make no representation about the intentions, character or circumstances of any person introduced. You are responsible for exercising your own judgement and taking sensible precautions when meeting anyone new.

Intellectual property

The content, design, marks and photography on this website belong to Londyn Ventures, LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Third-party services

The website links to and relies on third-party services, including application intake, payment processing, scheduling and email. Use of those services is subject to their own terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of or in connection with the website or any consultation is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from use of the website are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
